Energy Tax Credits
(This is not to be taken for tax advice.) In 2009 and 2010, many energy saving projects are eligible for the energy tax credit as a part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA.) You should be eligible for 30% of the cost of material (not labor) up to $1500. It is IRS Form 5695. Madrona will furnish the appropriate information and paperwork to make this easy for you.
