We offer Home Energy Audits through PSE and Seattle City Light. Our BPI (Building Performance Institute) certified professionals perform diagnostic testing for air leakage and heating system efficiency. We visually inspect your insulation, heat ducts, windows, doors, furnace and hot water heater, and check for potential rodent and/or moisture problems. The audit includes replacing your incandescent light bulbs with high quality, energy-efficient compact fluorescent bulbs at no charge
You will receive a home report that details your current energy use and the projected savings of home improvements. We provide sensible options that will make your house more comfortable and energy efficient.
